You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence, obtaining independent legal and financial advice, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Fees and Payment

Buyer Fees

• Buyers pay an upfront sourcing fee starting at $10,000, scaled based on property value
• The upfront fee is credited toward the total property purchase price at closing
• Fees are non-refundable once services have been initiated
• Payment is required before we begin sourcing properties

Seller Fees

• Sellers pay a sourcing fee at closing, starting at $10,000, scaled based on property value
• Payment is due upon successful closing of the transaction
• No upfront payment is required from sellers
• If a transaction does not close, no fee is owed

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Conduct your own due diligence on properties and parties
• Obtain independent legal, financial, and tax advice
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Respect the confidentiality of information shared

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that you will find a buyer or seller, complete a transaction, or achieve any specific financial outcome. Real estate transactions involve risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Crownstone Acquisitions and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crownstone Acquisitions shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Failed transactions or deals that do not close
• Actions or omissions of buyers, sellers, or third parties
• Inaccurate property information provided by sellers
• Any damages exceeding the fees paid to us

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crownstone Acquisitions, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Employment Terms

For individuals hired by Crownstone Acquisitions:

• All positions are independent contractor roles unless otherwise specified
• Compensation is performance-based as outlined in your agreement
• You are responsible for your own taxes and expenses
• Either party may terminate the relationship at any time
