Eligible members can request available buyers and sellers from the shared pool. During rollout, claim requests require review while exclusive claiming and contact-data protections are verified. Inventory is not guaranteed.
An individual account can hold up to 50 actively claimed buyers and 100 actively claimed sellers. Personal leads that you source yourself do not count against these limits. Claim requests and returned leads are subject to review.
Leads you create are assigned to your account and are not automatically placed in the shared marketplace. Other members do not receive their private contact details.
Membership is activated manually after payment and setup verification. Details are shared by email. You receive login instructions and a separate Discord invitation for announcements.

Members can submit properties for review. Publication is subject to verification of marketing authority and available property details. Listings remain attributed to the submitting member.
Public inquiries include a listing reference, allowing Crownstone to direct them to the responsible member. A published listing does not guarantee interest, a sale or a closing.
External data, messaging, payment processing and other provider fees may be separate. Availability of integrations depends on technical readiness and the signed agreement.
