Refund Policy

Overview

This refund policy governs payments made for the Real Estate Deal Sourcing Mentorship offered by Crownstone Acquisitions. By completing payment and enrolling in the mentorship, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling.

What Your Payment Covers

Monthly payments of $500 provide access to mentorship time, live training sessions, deal guidance, educational resources, and the onboarding process as described on the Mentorship page. You are paying for direct access to mentorship services, not a digital product or recorded course. Mentorship is a service delivered in real time.

Refund Eligibility

Because mentorship is a service that begins immediately upon onboarding, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following terms:

• Before Onboarding: If you have completed payment but have not yet attended your onboarding session, you may be eligible to request a refund by contacting us within 48 hours of payment. Requests will be reviewed and responded to within 3–5 business days.
• After Onboarding: Once your onboarding session has been completed, no refunds will be issued for that billing period. The service has been rendered and the mentorship has begun.
• Subsequent Monthly Payments: No refunds are issued for monthly billing periods already charged. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but charges already processed will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your mentorship subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future monthly billing. After cancellation, your access to the mentorship, training sessions, and program resources will end at the close of your current billing period. To cancel, contact us directly at the email address below and we will process your cancellation promptly.

Re-enrollment

If you cancel and wish to re-enroll at a later date, you may do so by completing a new payment through the website. Re-enrollment is subject to availability of mentorship slots.

No Income Guarantee

The mentorship provides training, education, and guidance on real estate sourcing. Results, including income from sourcing fees, are not guaranteed. Success depends on individual effort, communication, market conditions, and the application of the training provided. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of not earning income during or after the mentorship.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage all participants to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback through their payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in permanent disqualification from re-enrollment in the mentorship program.
